IBS LLC is a software and services company that has been serving the technology needs of the club industry with integrity and pride since 1990.

Based in Richmond, Virginia, we have installed IBS software at over 1,500 clubs throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, and Guam. IBS provides complete turnkey systems for busy club administrators; including all PCs, file servers, network configuration and POS equipment.

IBS Club Software is managed by a Leadership Team with deep experience in the club industry. All of our employees are devoted to ensuring you get the most from your technology.

Robb Smyth, Vice President of Sales

Father of 6 kids ranging from 10 to 23 years old (all of whom attend family dinner on Sundays)
Stays active by playing golf and going to Crossfit classes in his free time
Enjoys muddin' in his Jeep after a big Florida rain
Always enjoys a glass of wine with his wife at the end of the day

Ricky Craft, Vice President of Product Development

Proud father of two sons
Prior to IBS he spent six years in the military, including a combat deployment to Albania
Created and hosted a show for over three years at a local volunteer-run radio station
As a teenager he was a sponsored skateboarder

Alan Nicolette, Vice President of Implementation & Services - Club Services

Married his college sweetheart and they have two beautiful children together; a four year old daughter and one year old son
Is a founding father of the Sigma Nu Fraternity (Mu Phi Chapter) at Longwood University
His favorite things to do are play golf (currently teaching his 4 year old daughter), landscaping, and cooking
Has an incredible tolerance for spicy food
